As boring as it sounds, I always look forward to our huge bowl of shrimp cocktails! Mmm...it's the one time of year I indulge in as much shrimp as I want not caring about the price :) Also, sweets are always my favorite!

Sausage balls are actually my favorite holiday dish. My mom used to make them on Christmas morning. It wasn't really a tradition; it just seems we had them more years than we didn't.
ReplyDeleteIt's the only food that instantly reminds me of Christmas. Plus they are yummy!
P.S. I already follow you on Facebook.

ReplyDeleteMy favorite holiday dish is what we call in the midwest "funeral potatoes". Cheesy hash browns with sour cream, baked and topped with corn flakes. I could eat my weight in those delicious potatoes, but limit myself to only eating it during the holidays.
